A meeting will be held at regular intervals (Preferably once a month) to discuss the issues pertaining to the hospitality industry along with other items as set forth in the agenda for the meeting.
The meeting will be held on a rotational basis and which member will host the meeting will be decided by "draw of lots system" in every meeting.
Only Two members (Owner/GM/Or HOD/ Designated Manager with prior intimation to association from Owner / GM) per unit is expected to attend the meeting and compliance in this regard is solicited from all members.
Though AHARA units can change their representative any time by informing association in Advance of forthcoming meeting of AHARA.
Every AHARA member should sign in meeting register before attending the meeting.
AHARA holds a cultural evening / picnic / festival celebrations from time to time.
Every member should carry AHARA I.D. Card while attending AHARA meeting.
